Return & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Vivandi. Because many of our products are hair-care, scalp-care, skincare, nutritional, and personal-care products, certain return restrictions are necessary for health, hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons.
Returns of Unopened Products
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that they are:
- Unopened and unused;
- In their original packaging;
- In resalable condition; and
- Accompanied by proof of purchase from Vivandi.com.
Before returning any product, please contact Vivandi Customer Service to request return authorization and instructions.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
For health, hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used products;
- Products with broken or removed seals;
- Partially used treatment programs or kits;
- Nutritional supplements that have been opened;
- Products damaged after delivery through misuse or improper storage;
- Items marked Final Sale or otherwise identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase; or
- Products purchased from another retailer, marketplace, salon, clinic, professional, or third-party seller.
Products purchased from another seller must be returned through the original place of purchase and are subject to that seller's return policy.
Kits, Bundles and Promotional Offers
Products purchased as part of a kit, bundle, Buy One/Get One offer, gift-with-purchase promotion, or other promotional package must generally be returned as a complete package, including promotional or complimentary items, to qualify for a full refund.
If an eligible promotional item is not returned, its stated or applicable value may be deducted from the refund where permitted.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning merchandise. Vivandi is not responsible for return packages lost in transit before they are received by us.
Refund Policy
Approved Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after the refund is processed for the credit to appear on your account. Actual posting times depend on your bank or credit-card provider.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
After reviewing the information, Vivandi may provide an appropriate replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests; however, once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.
Refunds for Orders That Cannot Be Shipped
If Vivandi is unable to fulfill an order and the order is cancelled, the applicable payment will be refunded rather than substituted with store credit unless the customer voluntarily agrees otherwise. Federal rules also require refunds in specified circumstances when merchandise cannot be shipped within the applicable timeframe. Federal Trade Commission
90-Day Replacement Guarantee
Certain Vivandi products or promotional offers may be sold with a specific 90-Day Replacement Guarantee.
Where such a guarantee is expressly stated on the applicable product page, the terms displayed with that offer will apply.
A replacement guarantee is not the same as a money-back guarantee. Unless expressly stated otherwise, an offer described as a 90-Day Replacement Guarantee provides an eligible product replacement and does not create a right to a cash refund.
